Cancellations and Returns Policy

At KIORO, every piece is made with intention, care, and time. Because our products are specially crafted in small batches and not mass-manufactured, we follow a simple, fair and transparent cancellation and return policy to ensure clarity for both you and our team.

Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing the order by completing the payment. Once this 24-hour window has passed, your order is automatically moved into production. Since each item is specifically created for you and not sourced from ready-made inventory, we are unable to accept cancellations (for any reason), modifications, or refunds after this stage. We follow this to ensure fairness, as significant time, materials, and effort are committed to your order once production begins.

Returns & Replacements: To request a replacement, please contact us via email within 24 hours of delivery. You will be asked to share clear photos or videos of: The damaged product along with the packaging as received. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items: Except in cases of verified damage during shipping, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for: Change of mind after production has started; Color/design preferences after 24 hours; Minor variations in handmade/printed textures, which are natural characteristics of small-batch craftsmanship. Please note that these variations are not defects, but part of the product’s unique character.

These terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and in line with applicable consumer protection laws, while also respecting the time, materials, and craftsmanship involved in creating made-to-order products.
