Shipping Policy

At KIORO, each product is crafted specifically for you after your order is placed. As we do not always hold ready-made inventory, our shipping timelines are based on a made-to-order production process. By placing an order with KIORO, you agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping Policy.

Pre-Orders: Pre-orders allow you to reserve your favourite KIORO pieces before our official shipping window begins. We’re excited to share that Kioro officially launches on November 24th, 2025, and we’ll be opening pre-orders on the same day to give you early access to our first collection.

Once your pre-order is submitted, your item will be carefully prepared and scheduled for production in our launch queue. Please note that all pre-order shipments will begin on or after December 15th, 2025. This timeline allows us to maintain our made-to-order process, carefully craft each piece, and ensure quality is never rushed. You will receive regular updates as your order progresses, and tracking details once your item is dispatched. We truly appreciate your patience and excitement as we bring Kioro to life, your early support means the world to us.

The below mentioned shipping timeline shall be applicable for orders placed on or after December 15th, 2025.

Order Processing & Production: Once an order is placed and payment is successfully completed, a 24-hour confirmation window is observed. After this period, your order moves into active production. All items are designed, crafted/created/painted/3D printed, finished by hand, and quality-checked before dispatch. This process requires time and care to ensure you receive a high-quality product. Production timelines may be extended during periods of high order volumes, festive seasons, or due to operational or logistical constraints.

Dispatch & Delivery Timelines: Dispatch timelines begin only after a 48-hour order confirmation period and production start. Orders shipping within India are typically dispatched within 4 to 6 business days after production begins. International Orders: Orders shipping outside India are typically dispatched within 12 to 15 business days after production begins. Please note that these are estimated dispatch timelines only and not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery time depends entirely on third-party courier partners and destination postal systems. We are not responsible for delays caused by: Courier or logistics providers; Customs clearance processes; Weather disruptions; High-volume postal seasons; Transportation strikes. Once a package has been handed over to the courier, delivery delays are beyond our control.

Force Majeure & Unforeseen Delays: In rare cases, delays may occur due to events that are outside human control, including but not limited to: Natural disasters; Government restrictions; Pandemics; Regional lockdowns; Political disturbances. We request your understanding and patience during such exceptional situations. We will always communicate transparently if such delays occur.

Shipping Charges: Domestic Shipping (India) - All orders above ₹2000 qualify for free shipping. All international orders above USD $100 qualify for free shipping. Orders below these specified values will have shipping fees calculated at checkout. All orders are subject to acceptance and logistical feasibility. We reserve the right to: Cancel an order if delivery is not possible due to location-based restrictions; Cancel orders if shipping services are unavailable in the customer’s region and will issue a full refund in such cases. This ensures fairness and avoids delivery failures.

Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS where applicable. Tracking updates are controlled by the courier service and not by us.

Refunds are not issued for damage during transit; replacements are provided to ensure you receive the product as originally intended. If a product is received in a damaged or defective condition, you must notify us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery by contacting us via email and providing clear photographic or video evidence of the issue, including the original packaging. Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged product.
