  1. Do I need to create an account in order to place an order?
    No, you don’t need to create an account to place an order. You can check out as a guest by simply providing your shipping and contact details. However, creating an account allows you to get the best deals, track orders more easily and manage your details for future purchases.

  2. How are Kioro products made?
    Every piece is created with care, intention, and respect for the planet. We use safe, eco-friendly materials (such as recycled bio-composites, biodegradable plant-based filaments, non-toxic resins, water-based paints) in everything we make, choosing sustainable options wherever possible to ensure our process is as gentle on the environment as it is thoughtful in design. Depending on the product, items are carefully designed and created by hand, or sculpted into molds, or crafted using precision 3D printing. Each piece is finished by hand, refined in detail or hand-painted and tested/quality-checked before it ever leaves our studio.

  3. How can I make a payment?
    We accept secure online payments through trusted payment gateways. You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and supported international payment methods. All transactions are processed securely and Kioro does not store your payment information.

  4. Do I have to pay any additional fees or taxes on my order?
    For domestic (India) orders, applicable taxes are included in the product price or clearly shown at checkout. For international orders, your country’s customs duties, import taxes, or local fees (if any) are not included in our prices and may be collected by your local authorities at the time of delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  5. How do I track my order? When will I receive my order after placing it?
    Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your package’s journey in real time. Your order enters production 24 hours after payment confirmation.
    For India, orders are usually dispatched within 4–6 business days after production begins. For international orders, dispatch usually happens within 12–15 business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your location and the courier service, and may vary due to logistics, customs, or unforeseen delays.

  6. What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
    If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
