Welcome to KIORO (“We”, “company”, “our”, “us”) ! These Terms of Service (“Terms”, “agreement”) govern customers’ (“you”, “your”, “yours”) access to and use of the Kioro website, products, and services.

By accessing this website or placing an order with KIORO, you agree to be bound by these terms including the terms available in Shipping, Cancellation & Returns and Privacy Policy. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of the site by, any third party. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are using this website under the supervision of a legal guardian, and that all information provided by you during checkout (via our website, Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, or any other communication channel) or account creation is accurate, complete, and up to date.

KIORO is an independent design studio that creates made-to-order decorative and/or functional objects. Our products are produced in small batches and handcrafted using modern fabrication techniques, and are not mass-manufactured. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate at the time they are published. However, due to variations in device screens, lighting, and the nature of handcrafted and 3D-printed production, minor differences in color, texture, surface finish, and dimensions may occur. These variations are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects, because any aesthetic variations, layer lines, texture differences, and natural characteristics of handcrafted or 3D-printed items are not considered defects but part of the product’s unique identity.

All prices are final as displayed (including discounts if and when applicable) and a full payment is required before any order is processed. We reserve the right to change product pricing, descriptions, or availability at any time without prior notice, while ensuring that confirmed orders are honored at the price paid. An order is considered confirmed only once full payment has been successfully received and acknowledged.

All content, designs, images, text, product models, trademarks, and intellectual property displayed on our website remain the exclusive property of KIORO. No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission. KIORO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability, under any circumstance, shall be limited to the total amount paid for the product in question.

Disclaimer: All products are designed and created for their intended and safe use. Any misuse, abuse, unsafe handling, modification, or use of products in a manner that is irresponsible, inappropriate, unlawful, or life-threatening shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the company shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm resulting from such misuse or unintended use of the products. We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to customer usage, natural disasters, government actions, labor disruptions, global supply interruptions, or force majeure events. These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

If we ever choose not to enforce a particular part of these Terms, that doesn’t mean we’re giving up our right to enforce it later. If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the rest of the Terms will still apply and remain in full effect. We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms represent the complete understanding between you and Kioro regarding the use of our website, products, and services, and they replace any previous agreements or communications related to the same.
